Monastery tour at Kremsmünster abbey

The tour leads through the higlights of the monastery: the imperial hall, the trea-sure chamber with the famous Tassilo Cha-lice, the picture gallery, the armoury and the library as well as to the manuscript room and the baroque fish pond.

Kremsmünster observatory

The “mathematical tower”, the natural scien-ce museum with the galleries for palaeontolo-gy, mineralogy, physics, zoology, botany, anthropology, astronomy and the chapel reflect the thirst for research and trust in God.
