The bright living-dining room features a cozy, pull-out sofa bed (140 × 190 cm) and invites relaxation (including Netflix access). The modern fitted kitchen is completely equipped and offers everything needed for daily necessities (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and much more). In the separate bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) as well as a quiet workspace – ideal for home office or focused work. The sunny south-facing balcony provides the perfect setting for breakfast outdoors or a relaxing end to the day. You can park your vehicle comfortably and securely in the building's underground garage. Additionally, free parking on the street is possible (no short-term parking zone). Whether for a city trip, trade fair visit, or business stay – this lovingly furnished apartment offers comfort, tranquility, and an excellent location. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests!
