The Eglseer family has been active in the milling and baking trade since 1720 and has been at home at the current company location in the Grubmühle since 1884!

On 1 January 2019, Wolfgang and Ingrid handed over the business to the 9th
generation. Stephan and Maria Eglseer will be bridging the gap between tradition and modernity.

The wide range of house breads, speciality breads, white and black pastries, pastries and the finest pastries form the basis of the success of the traditional Eglseer family.
