This stage leads from the Benedictine Abbey of Lambach and along the Traunauen in the direction of Wels to the parish church of Marchtrenk.

Westbahn line 100 - Salzburg - Attnang-Puchheim - Lambach - Wels - Linz - Vienna, next intercity stop Wels HBF or Attnang-Puchheim.
Vorchdorferbahn line 160 - Lambach in the direction of Vorchdorf, continue with the Traunseetram to Gmunden
by bus:
OÖVV bus line 501 from Wels, Fischlham, Eberstalzell or Spieldorf and Vorchdorf.
OÖVV bus line 503 from Sattledt or Fischlham and Lambach
OÖVV bus line 505 from Gmunden or Laakirchen
by car:
Motorway
A1: Leave the Westautobahn A1 in Vorchdorf in the direction of Lambach or
A 7 Innkreisautobahn exit Wels West on the B1 in the direction of Gmunden as far as
drive to the Lambach monastery.
